PROBLEMS LOGGING INTO TESTS?
If you are able to see the login window but your username and password seem to be rejected

Please check the spelling carefully. The username should normally be your own name in lower case (or an abbreviated version of it). The password will be a random combination of capital letters and numbers. If you have used cut and paste, make sure you haven't picked up a space at the end of either username or password. If you've typed them in, pay particular attention to the difference between (for example) the letter O and the figure 0, the letter I and the figure 1 and so on.
If you have changed the password, make sure you are using your new password and not the one you were originally sent.
If you can login, but no tests are listed

Check the date in your email - maybe you are logging in too early (or too late!) for your test. If you're not sure, please contact us and this can normally be resolved very easily.
If you are not able to see the login window
First, make sure that you are accessing the internet directly (through Internet Explorer or some other browser) and not through an IE window in Lotus Notes.
It may be useful to clear the browser cache (in Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Internet Options, Delete Files, Delete all offline content. This will not remove anything important - just temporary files that can sometimes slow down or prevent access to certain pages.

If you have access to IT support locally, please check whether there are firewall or proxy server issues that may be preventing access. You may need to ask for the SSL protected site www.fptests.co.uk (IP address https://212.227.65.171:443) to be whitelisted.
Note that because the tests are hosted on a different domain name (fptests.co.uk) from the rest of the site (financialprojections.com), you may see a window asking you to confirm that it is safe to proceed - view the certificate if you like, but then click Yes

If you have access to a computer outside the bank's systems (for example, at home) - you may be able to login there. However, this isn't a satisfactory long term solution - so please let us know about the problem anyway.
If none of these options work . . . . .
Please contact us (+44 1564 773113) in case of any difficulties, with full details of the problem and any error messages that you receive. It is always helpful if you can include a screen dump of the error (use the Print Screen button and then paste into your message)
